Job summary

Ganesh Bhel Chaat Products is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll, compliance, budgeting and HR operations. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboard new staff, and implement plant training programs while maintaining employee privacy and handling investigations when needed.

The role requires 5-8 years of HR experience, strong interviewing skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in HR or recruitment
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer generation & acceptance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Immediate joining preferred

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements
• Review HR and administration documents; manage SOPs, logbooks and records
• Plan and implement plant training programs (soft skills, behavioral, leadership)
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Source and attract top talent via job boards, social media and referrals
• Conduct interviews and recommend hiring decisions
• Oversee workplace health and safety compliance and investigations
• Maintain employee privacy and manage workplace discipline and terminations
• Manage budgeting for HR and prepare MIS reports
• Supervise a team of junior HR personnel

• Responsible for setting up HR systems and their effective implementation to ensure individual and organizational development.
• Prepare HR budget for the Organization and ensure expenses are within the approved budget.
• To review change control for HR & Administration document change.
• To initiate the plant Training Programs (Soft Skills & Behavioral, Motivational, Leadership), & responsible for internal communication.
• Responsible for Corrective & Preventive Action on Non - Compliances. Approve departmental documents like SOP, Logbooks and HR records.
• Accountable for overall HR related functions / services.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment with company culture and values, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
• Ensure timely onboarding of new employees by coordinating induction programs and providing necessary training.
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
• Leading a team of junior human resource managers
• To prepare payroll in accordance with the Statutory compliances.
• To prepare several MIS required by the management.
• Responsible for performance management as defined in the policy.
• Job Requirements: 5-8 years of experience in HR or Recruitment role. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer generation & acceptance. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with candidates & stakeholders Joining Preference: Immediate Factory locations- patas 2 time visit in week Working location- Pune

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
