Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services seeks an experienced HR Generalist/Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management in Navi Mumbai.

The role includes administering Keka HRMS, ensuring statutory compliance, driving engagement and performance management, and delivering HR MIS reports to leadership. 3–5 years in IT/Digital/Service sectors preferred. Monday–Friday, on-site at Ghansoli/Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, labour laws, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in an IT, Digital Marketing, or Service-based company is preferred.
