Responsibilities

• Manage Keka HRMS and maintain accurate employee records.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination and joining.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conduct new joinee connects, employee check-ins and exit interviews.
• Coordinate and track performance reviews through Keka.
• Manage the employee HR helpdesk for attendance, leave, payroll, policies and other HR queries.

Role Overview

We are looking for a young, dynamic and AI-native HR Generalist with hands-on experience in Keka HRMS.

The role will involve end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement and managing key employee lifecycle activities through Keka.
