• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
• Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave, and personnel documentation.
• Support payroll inputs, employee benefits, reimbursements, and statutory compliance activities.
• Address employee queries and grievances and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, HR communication, and internal HR activities.
• Support performance management, appraisal cycles, training, and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
