• Drafts and implements HR policies aligned with the company goals.
• Coordinates with internal teams and leadership.
• Owns the HR team while also contributing as an IC when required.

We are looking for a candidate with BPO experience and a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience managing the complete employee lifecycle, including:

• Pre-joining to Exit Management: Offer rollout, onboarding, documentation, induction, employee engagement, performance coordination, and full & final settlement
• HR Operations: Day‑to‑day HR activities, employee query handling, and compliance adherence
• SOP Creation & Process Improvement: Ability to design, document, and streamline HR processes for efficiency and scalability
• Policy Formulation & Implementation: Drafting, revising, and implementing HR policies aligned with organizational goals
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinating effectively with internal teams and leadership
• Team Handling & IC Role: Capability to own the team while also being equally effective as an individual contributor when required
