Job summary

RKB Global Flux in Ranchi seeks a seasoned Human Resource Manager to partner with business leaders, align HR strategies with operations, and drive workforce planning. You will own end-to-end recruitment, from manpower planning to selection, ensuring timely, quality hires.

You will also manage employee relations, advise on performance management, define KRAs and KPIs, and ensure adherence to labor laws to improve organizational effectiveness.

The Human Resource Manager

This position is responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures. Attract the best industry talent and manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to ensure timely closure of vacancies with quality hires. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, advising on performance management processes, defining KRA and KPI. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws which improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong HR Policies knowledge, with experience implementing and improving HR processes.

Candidates should possess expertise in Performance Management, including KRA and KPI setting, feedback frameworks, and appraisal systems.

Relevant skills such as stakeholder management, change management, and organizational hierarchy development are required

Postgraduate HR qualification or professional certification is mandatory preferably from an XLRI or XISS .

Prior experience of 6 years as an HR Business Partner in Steel plant or related manufacturing or industrial settings is mandatory.. Only Candidates based in Ranchi, Jharkhand are eligible.
