Job summary

talentwaveservice is seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional with 4+ years of hands-on HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance experience.

You will partner with management to create a positive, productive, and compliant workplace, while handling end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance processes.

Qualifications

• Recruitment & onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Employee relations & engagement: foster a positive workplace culture and engagement initiatives.
• HR operations & compliance: maintain employee records, ensure labor law compliance, and prepare HR reports.
• Performance management: assist in developing performance appraisal systems and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
• Design and implement employee engagement activities.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Housing & Developmento Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from job posting to candidate selection.o Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.o Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Employee Relations & Engagement:o Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.o Design and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives.o Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
