Job summary

AV Designers & Interiors (Fullhouuz) in Hyderabad, Telangana, seeks an HR leader to drive talent acquisition, employee relations, evaluation, and development across manufacturing and design domains. You will coordinate sourcing, onboarding, and payroll inputs while promoting a compliant and engaging workplace.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, MBA/PGDM preferred, and 5–6 years of HR experience in manufacturing or interior-related industries. Immediate joiners encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for production, design, sales, project management, and support functions.
• Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
• Ensure timely hiring to meet production and project schedules.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Promote company values, teamwork, and ethical workplace practices.
• Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
• Support department heads in setting performance goals.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend development plans.
• Coordinate promotions, confirmations, and succession planning.
• Assess training needs across manufacturing and office functions.
• Organize technical, safety, leadership, and soft skills training programs.
• Maintain employee training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Support statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, and other labor requirements.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance department.
• Administer salary structures, employee benefits, incentives, and bonus programs.
• Conduct market salary benchmarking.
• Assist management in annual compensation reviews.
• Forecast manpower requirements based on production schedules and business growth.
• Monitor employee turnover and recommend retention strategies.
• Optimize workforce productivity and staffing levels.
• Support implementation of workplace health and safety practices.
• Coordinate employee wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
