We're Hiring – HR Manager

Location: Akbarpur Barota, Sector 44, Sonipat, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Plan and fulfill manpower requirements for the plant.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Organize training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and HR support.
• Maintain HR reports, documentation, and MIS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in setting up HR processes for a manufacturing plant will be an added advantage.
