Responsibilities

• Manage complete HR operations and employee life cycle processes.
• Handle recruitment, screening, coordination, and onboarding of candidates.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain labor law compliance and statutory records.
• Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
• Maintain HR documentation, attendance, leave, and personal records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR support and employee relations.
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support audits and compliance-related documentation as required.
