Job summary

10Decoders Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to own end-to-end HR operations for our Chennai and Madurai offices. You will manage onboarding, inductions, HRIS data accuracy, policies, and employee lifecycle documentation while supporting payroll, statutory compliance, and employee relations.

The role also involves campus recruitment coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring adherence to labour laws in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field required.
• 6-7 years of HR generalist experience with strong operations focus.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools and statutory compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and knowledge of labour laws.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, induction, and HRIS/HRMS data accuracy across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage employee lifecycle documentation—offers, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Handle employee grievance resolution and be the primary HR queries contact.

Own end-to-end HR operations for our Chennai and Madurai Office onboarding, statutory compliance, employee relations, and the

processes that keep the employee lifecycle running smoothly — with a supporting role in recruitment, including campus hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, induction, and HRIS/HRMS data accuracy/audits across the employee lifecycle
• Manage employee lifecycle documentation — offers, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities
• Handle employee grievance resolution and act as the primary point of contact for HR queries
• Manage insurance, ESI, PF and statutory compliances
• Coordinate payroll inputs with finance and ensure timely, accurate processing
• Drive employee engagement, performance-cycle coordination, and exit/attrition analysis
• Support recruitment — including campus connects and college tie-ups — alongside the hiring team

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field; 6-7 yrs HR generalist experience with a strong operations focus
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools, statutory compliance, and grievance handling
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and knowledge of labour laws
• Good to have: campus recruitment experience, exposure to healthcare/fintech or regulated industries
