CRUX is looking for a motivated HR - IT Recruiter Trainee in Chennai to support IT recruitment efforts. The trainee role offers hands-on experience, focusing on identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, and while freshers are welcome, prior knowledge of IT recruitment is an advantage. A stipend of ₹6,000 can be expected during the trainee period with opportunities for growth and permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome; prior internship or basic understanding of IT/ITes will be an advantage.
• Good command of English; proficiency in Tamil is a plus.
• Understanding of IT job roles and technologies is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments of IT candidates.
• Manage candidate communications for a positive experience.
• Assist in maintaining candidate databases.
• Support HR operations and activities as required.
