Job summary

Epic Consultancy in New Delhi invites motivated graduates, undergraduates, and final-year HR students for an HR internship. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will work closely with seasoned HR professionals, handling end-to-end recruitment and related tasks, with a monthly stipend of 6,000 and unlimited performance-based bonuses. Possibility of a full-time position after the internship.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients
• Negotiating salaries and closing offers with candidates
