Support the HR team in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Assist with conducting interviews and reference checks, as well as participating in the selection decision‑making process
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, facilitating an efficient and positive experience for employees during their integration into the organization
Support the performance management process by assisting with the preparation of performance appraisal materials and tracking performance evaluation timelines
