Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, BBA, MBA, Psychology, Commerce or related field.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Interest in recruitment and people operations.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates from job portals and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate and employee records.
• Prepare offer letters and internship letters.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain attendance and leave records.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs.
• Keep HR trackers and reports up to date.
• Identify repetitive HR activities that can be automated.
