Internship Overview

Closing Gap works closely with businesses across India and the UK, supporting talent acquisition, outsourcing, and workforce operations.

We are seeking a proactive HR Intern – Talent & Partner Operations to support real recruitment execution, partner coordination, and HR operations. This role provides hands‑on exposure to sourcing, outreach, partnerships, and onboarding — not theoretical or academic HR work.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Conduct initial screening and outreach calls
• Manage candidate communications via email and follow‑ups

Headhunting & Partner Support

• Assist in identifying and engaging recruitment partners
