Job summary

Fabhotels in India is seeking a proactive Recruitment Intern to assist in the full-cycle hiring process. You will source candidates, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews, helping to build a strong candidate experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, implement sourcing strategies across social media and job boards, and support onboarding and ATS maintenance. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
