Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, documentation, and administrative activities. This internship will provide hands‑on exposure to HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations in a corporate environment.

Smart, bright, and enthusiastic freshers with a strong interest in Human Resources are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in day-to-day HR Operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in employee joining formalities, onboarding and induction activities.
• Coordinate with employees and different departments for HR-related information and documentation.
• Support employee confirmation, transfer and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Contribute to preparing HR reports, trackers and MIS as required.
• Support in employee engagement activities, celebrations and HR events.
• Create and coordinate HR posters, notices and internal communication material.
• Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and maintain meeting-related records.
• Support the HR team in organizing documents required for audits and compliance-related activities.
• Willingness to learn practical HR Operations processes and develop hands‑on knowledge of Attendance, Payroll Support, HRIS, Employee Engagement and Employee Lifecycle Management.

Salary
