Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day‑to‑day HR operations and talent acquisition activities. The intern will gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, employee engagement initiatives, and HR documentation while contributing to organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with job postings and hiring‑related activities.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR reports.
• Assist in employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Interested in HR and recruitment processes.
