Job summary

FruitBowl Digital is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern (Talent Acquisition focus) to build a career in HR. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial screening calls, collaborating with hiring managers in an in-person Mumbai setting.

The role requires 3–6 months of internship in HR/TA, hands-on use of LinkedIn/Indeed/PyjamaHR, and strong communication skills. Laptop ownership and immediate joining are preferred for this paid internship.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and PyjamaHR.
• Candidate must have their own Laptop to use for this role.
• Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
