Gramik, an agri-tech company in Lucknow, seeks an enthusiastic HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. This 3‑month internship offers hands-on experience across HR functions and a pathway to a PPO based on performance.

You will assist with job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and documentation, while maintaining records and supporting attendance and leave management. Freshers welcome.

Competenze

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Position Overview

Gramik is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions.
