Job Description

Eligibility: MBA HR Fresher (0-1 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end to end HR activities
• Support onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Contribute with Market research, Data Analysis & required reports.

Roles

• Support the HR team in daily operational and recruitment tasks.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Assist in executing HR policies and engagement initiatives

Skill Sets Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational ability with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Workspace.
