• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Draft job descriptions, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare onboarding kits, schedule orientation, assist in documentation for new hires.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute internal team-building events, wellness drives, festive celebrations.
• HR Operations & Records: Maintain digital databases, track attendance and leave, ensure compliance.
• HR Analytics & Support: Assist with HR audits, resolve queries, support internal projects.

Key Responsibilities
