Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Branding (50%)

• Content Creation: Design engaging social media graphics, posters, and banners using Canva, Photoshop, or generative AI tools.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing our professional presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Campaign Support: Draft compelling copy for marketing posts, newsletters, and hiring campaigns to boost employer branding.
• Engagement: Monitor social media trends, engage with the tech community, and help execute digital outreach strategies.

2. Human Resources & Recruitment (50%)

• End-to-End Coordination: Assist in the recruitment lifecycle for technical and administrative roles (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews).
• Job Board Management: Post active openings on various job portals and track incoming candidate applications.
• Onboarding & Engagement: Help organize internal team activities, coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires, and manage basic HR documentation.
• Communication: Serve as a friendly point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional interview experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA/BBA), Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• Design & Tools: Hands-on familiarity with basic graphic design tools (like Canva) and standard office software (Google Workspace/MS Office).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for professional writing.
• Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to switch context smoothly between creative marketing and structured HR tasks.
