Job summary

Abans Finserv is seeking an experienced HR professional in Mumbai to manage Talent Acquisition and support HR Generalist functions. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with HR processes. Exposure to financial services is preferred.

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR professional who will primarily drive Talent Acquisition (70%) while also supporting key HR Generalist responsibilities (30%). The role requires someone who can manage end-to-end recruitment along with employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer rollout
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures

HR Generalist (30%)

• Support onboarding and induction of new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR operations
• Handle basic HR queries and support day-to-day HR activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Background

• Experience in financial services / BFSI (good to have)
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools
