Job summary

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (TA)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisition pipelines.
• Source active and passive candidates using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and coordinate technical or managerial rounds with hiring leads.
• Manage candidate experience, roll out offers, and handle compensation negotiations.
• Track and report recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and cost-per-hire.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Oversee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new team members.
• Maintain accurate personnel files, employment records, and HR database inputs in the HRMS/HRIS.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, track attendance, and manage leave systems.
• Support performance appraisal cycles and confirm probation tracking.
• Handle exit formalities, clearances, and full-and-final (F&F) settlement coordination.

Compliance & Employee Relations

• Ensure adherence to local employment laws and statutory compliances (such as PF, ESIC, PT).
• Address day-to-day employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
• Assist in rolling out internal company policies and engagement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven corporate experience combining recruitment and generalist/operations duties.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRMS platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation capabilities, high integrity, and great attention to detail.
