Job summary

LivNest Technologies is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to own end-to-end people operations from recruitment to payroll inputs. You will source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate offers and joining.

You’ll manage onboarding, attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and employee concerns while driving engagement. You will also handle day-to-day office operations, vendor management, and help implement AI-powered processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on HR experience.
• Sourcing candidates and recruitment duties.
• Excellent English communication and professional conduct.
• Organized, proactive attitude with strong follow-ups.
• Comfortable using modern digital/AI tools.
• Ability to handle both people and operational problems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment including sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals.

LivNest is a growing startup, and this is a hands‑on generalist role. On one day, you may be sourcing candidates and conducting initial interviews; on another, you may be resolving an employee concern, checking payroll inputs, handling operations, Employee engagement.

What you'll own

• End-to-end recruitment - including personally sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels
• Resume screening, initial interviews, candidate follow-ups, offer and joining coordination
• Onboarding, documentation, probation tracking and exitsAttendance, leave records and payroll inputs
• Employee concerns, internal communication and day-to-day people matters
• Employee engagement and team initiatives
• Office operations including vendors, assets, laptops/devices, supplies and joining setup
• Improving HR and operational processes using AI and digital tools
• Working closely with the founders on people and operational priorities
