Qualifications

  • MBA / MSW in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
  • 25 years of experience in an HR Generalist / HR Operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, Contract labour management, employee engagement, HR operations, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Male candidates preferred based on the role requirements.
  • Willingness to relocate to Dharapuram is mandatory.
  • Candidates who can independently handle day-to-day HR activities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be preferred.
  • Notice Period : Immediate or less than 15 days.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Contract labour arrangement and administration.
  • Onboarding, induction, documentation, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS/database, and files.
  • Manage attendance, leave and payroll inputs; coordinate with payroll/accounts.
  • Address employee queries and support employee relations and grievance resolution.
  • Coordinate engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Support confirmation and other HR processes.
  • Prepare HR MIS, recruitment reports and attendance dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and labour-law compliance.
  • Assist HR Manager in implementing HR policies and initiatives.

Role Summary

We are looking for an HR Associate/Deputy officer to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee life cycle. The role will handle recruitment, on boarding, Contract labour management, employee records, attendance & leave, payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR MIS, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.
  • Contract labour arrangement and administration.
  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS/database, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll/accounts teams for monthly processing.
  • Address employee queries and support employee relations and grievance resolution.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, welfare initiatives, and internal communication.
  • Support confirmation, and other HR processes.
  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS, recruitment reports, attendance reports, and management dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and support labour-law/statutory compliance.
  • Assist HR Manager/HR Head in implementing HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
