Job summary

The candidate will also provide support in recruitment and payroll activities as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and employee files.
• Manage and maintain HRMS employee records with accuracy and data integrity.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication.
• Conduct HR skip level meetings, stay and exit interviews.
• Address employee queries and provide support on HR policies and processes.
• Assist in employee relations activities and grievance handling.
• Coordinate exit formalities, clearances, and documentation.
• Provide support in recruitment and payroll activities whenever required.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Education and Experience

• Post Graduation Degree in Human Resources
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR generalist.
