Job summary

DriveTech Care is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Pune to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, performance management, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced technology environment, with 2–4 years of HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
