Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for factory, warehouse, logistics and operations roles in Maharashtra. You will source candidates via portals, referrals and local drives, screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate closures with hiring managers.

You will maintain recruitment MIS, onboarding, joining formalities and HRMS updates, while handling attendance and payroll inputs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years HR experience in factory/warehouse hiring.
• Strong sourcing, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred.
