Job summary

Throttle Aerospace in Bangalore is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and onboarding. This hands-on role supports a fast-growing drone technology company.

You will handle lifecycle processes, policy development, reporting, and advisory to managers in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency in MS Office are required; Kannada language skills

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
• Preferably proficient in Kannada communication.
