Fute Services is seeking a Senior HR professional with 2-3 years of experience to lead recruitment, manage a junior HR team, and ensure smooth HR operations and timely hiring closures. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, oversee payroll-adjacent tasks, monitor KPIs, handle employee relations, and mentor the team to achieve targets and high-performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
• Experience in team management, training, and performance monitoring.
• Strong understanding of KPI tracking and performance management.
• Experience handling employee complaints, grievances, and compliance matters.
• Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave, and salary processing.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Senior HR professional with 2–3 years of experience to lead recruitment, manage junior HR team members, and ensure smooth HR operations and timely hiring closures.

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates for communication, culture fit, stability, ownership, and salary alignment.
• Manage candidate progression, salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining closures.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.Set, track, and review KPIs for HR team members and employees.
• Monitor recruitment targets, team productivity, and performance.Handle employee complaints, grievances, disciplinary matters, and compliance.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, including attendance, leave, salary inputs, and timely payroll processing.Train, mentor, and monitor junior HR team members.
• Support revenue generation through effective manpower planning, recruitment efficiency, and employee productivity.Identify operational issues, resolve them promptly, and escalte critical matters to management.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
• Experience in team management, training, and performance monitoring.
• Strong understanding of KPI tracking and performance management.
• Experience handling employee complaints, grievances, and compliance matters.
• Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave, and salary processing.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage recruitment targets, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to identify problems, handle escalations, and take ownership of HR operations.
• Understanding of Hiring Process, Performance Scorecard System, and Exit Management Process.
