Job summary

Sterlite Technologies (STL) is seeking an HR Operations (Off-roll) professional to support data maintenance, onboarding/offboarding for Indian and international staff, and to drive HR process improvements including automation initiatives. The role requires collaboration with analytics and leadership for strategic decisions.

You will coordinate across departments to ensure timely data recording, reporting, and MIS preparation, contributing to ongoing HR effectiveness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Supports the lead in maintaining HR data including personnel data like compensation and performance management.
• Supports onboarding and off boarding processes for Indian and International employees.
• Implements HR compliance tracking, monitoring and reporting for specific businesses.
• Coordinates and supports HR process improvement initiatives such as Robotic Process Automation and HR technology initiatives.
• Coordinates with Analytics to capture metrics from the HR dashboard for leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR data including compensation and performance records.
• Support onboarding and off-boarding for local and international staff.
• Track and report HR compliance for various business units.
• Support HR process improvement initiatives (RPA, HR tech) and related projects.
• Coordinate with analytics to extract metrics from HR dashboards for leadership review.
• Prepare MIS reports as needed.

• Supports the lead in maintaining HR Data including personnel data like compensation and performance management
• Supports the onboarding and off boarding processes for Indian and International
• Implements different HR compliance related tracking, monitoring and reporting
• activities for specific businesses
• Responsible for on ground implementation of HR Process improvement initiatives Like Robotic Process Automation, HR technology initiatives, etc.
• Co-ordinates with the Analytics team to capture select metrics and data from the
• HR dashboard and provides the same to leadership for decision making
• Coordinates with the various departments to ensure that the relevant data is recorded and shared at the earliest
• Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• MIS preparation as needed.
