Job summary

STL Digital in Mumbai is seeking an HR Analyst to support HR data management, onboarding/offboarding for India and international teams, and compliance reporting. The role collaborates with analytics to provide leadership with timely data and assists in HR process improvements including HR technology initiatives.

Key focus includes ensuring data accuracy, MIS, and cross-department data sharing to enable informed decisions and trend analyses in partnership with the HR group.

Responsibilities

• Supports the lead in maintaining HR Data including personnel data like compensation and performance management
• Supports the onboarding and off boarding processes for Indian and International
• Implements different HR compliance related tracking, monitoring and reporting activities for specific businesses
• Responsible for on ground implementation of HR Process improvement initiatives like Robotic Process Automation, HR Technology initiatives, etc.
• Co-ordinates with the Analytics team to capture select metrics and data from the HR dashboard and provides the same to leadership for decision making
• Co-ordinates with the various departments to ensure that the relevant data is recorded and shared at the earliest
• Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• MIS preparation as needed.
