Job summary

Svre Global Llp in Delhi is seeking a proactive HR Executive / Senior HR Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations in the real estate sector.

The role covers technical and non-technical hiring, candidate negotiation, onboarding, employee lifecycle documentation, and daily HR administration, including background verification and MIS reporting. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment across real estate operations, sales, site execution and corporate functions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficient in HR MIS reporting.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / Senior HR Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle technical and non-technical hiring, talent acquisition, candidate negotiation, onboarding, employee lifecycle documentation, and daily HR administration within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles across real estate operations, sales, site execution, and corporate functions.
• Interview Coordination & Pipeline Management: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, track candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Offer Rollouts & Negotiation: Manage candidate communication, handle salary negotiations, extend formal job offers, and ensure smooth pre-onboarding engagement.
• HR Operations & Onboarding: Oversee employee onboarding, conduct company inductions, verify candidate documentation, create employee master files, and manage background verification (BGV).
• Employee Lifecycle & Exit Formalities: Handle employee query resolution, complete exit formalities, process resignations, issue experience/relieving letters, and conduct exit interviews.
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR database records, update daily/weekly recruitment reports, prepare monthly HR MIS, and manage attendance/leave data.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3+ years in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
• Key Strengths: Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation skills, interview coordination expertise, and proficiency in MS Excel / HR MIS reporting.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners (0 to 15 days) or candidates currently serving notice period preferred.
