The-Search-House in Bengaluru seeks an HR Executive to oversee recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and HR operations for its India offices. The role demands handling end-to-end processes, maintaining records, and ensuring statutory compliance.
You will contribute to performance management, training, and employee engagement while coordinating with managers and teams across locations. A PG/Diploma in HR is preferred with 1–3 years of HR experience.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for India offices, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Onboarding & Induction – Conduct joining formalities, onboarding programs, and orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
HR Operations – Maintain and update employee personnel files, leave & attendance records, and HR databases accurately.
Payroll Management – Assist in monthly payroll processing; ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Income Tax.
Performance Management – Support the appraisal process, KPI tracking, and employee performance reviews.
Training & Development – Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
Employee Engagement – Plan and execute engagement activities, recognition programs, and staff welfare events.
Compliance & Documentation – Ensure adherence to Labour Laws, HR policies, and statutory norms.
Participate in HR process improvements and transformation projects.
Handle ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile:
PG Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
1 to 3years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
Good knowledge of Employment Laws in India.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in HRIS software, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
