Podar Education Network is seeking an HR Executive - Recruitment for Gujarat and Saurashtra, based at Rajkot. The role is regional, overseeing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across schools and administrative staff.

You will source candidates, screen, interview, and coordinate with Principals and HR teams, while building a strong talent pipeline and managing campus recruitment events to strengthen the employer brand in Gujarat.

Competenze

• Graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 4–7 years in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Experience in education recruitment is a plus.
• Excellent English/Hindi/Gujarati communication.
• Proficient with recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.

We are looking for HR Executive - Recruitment for Gujarat and Saurashtra locations, based at Rajkot. It's a regional level role, managing End to End Recruitment and On-boarding

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with Principals, Regional Heads, and Hiring Managers.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined recruitment timelines.
• Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Academic & Non-Academic Hiring

Recruit for various positions including:

• Pre-Primary, Primary, Middle School and Senior Secondary Teachers
• Coordinators and Academic Leaders
• Counsellors and Special Educators
• Administrative Staff
• IT, Accounts, Transport and Operations Staff
• Support Staff as assigned

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate regularly with Principals and School HR representatives regarding staffing requirements.
• Provide recruitment status updates and hiring reports.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs.

Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding

• Coordinate with universities, colleges and teacher training institutes across Gujarat.
• Organize campus placement drives, walk-in interviews and recruitment events.
• Represent the organization during career fairs and recruitment campaigns.
• Promote the employer brand to attract quality talent.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Ensure complete documentation before offer generation.
• Update recruitment trackers and HRMS on a regular basis.
• Generate recruitment MIS reports and analytics.
• Maintain compliance with organizational recruitment policies and processes.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Facilitate smooth interview scheduling and joining formalities.
• Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR.
• Experience in education recruitment or school hiring will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HRMS/ATS systems will be an advantage.

Travel Requirements

• Willingness to travel across the Gujarat and Saurashtra and Gujarat region for recruitment drives, campus placements, walk-in interviews and school visits.

• Monthly salary range - 40 to 45K per month + company benefits
