Job summary

IG International is hiring an HR Executive – Recruiter to join its Navi Mumbai HR team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment with a focus on sourcing, screening, and onboarding for multiple functions.

You should have 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication and MS Office skills, and the ability to build a solid talent pipeline. This is a full-time, on-site role in Turbhe/Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and in-person screening.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up on feedback, offers, and joining status.
• Support the offer, documentation, and onboarding process.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports.

Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Executive – Recruiter with around 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. You will manage the full hiring cycle, from understanding requirements to onboarding, and build a strong talent pipeline for our teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic and in-person screening, and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates on feedback, offers, and joining status
• Support the offer, documentation, and onboarding process
• Maintain candidate data, trackers, and recruitment reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
