Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented individuals to join our recruitment team as HR Telecallers / Candidate Recruiters. The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, explaining job opportunities, screening applicants, and coordinating the recruitment and joining process for BigBasket-related hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Search and identify suitable candidates using the WorkIndia application and portal. Contact candidates by phone and explain available job vacancies, eligibility criteria, salary, and job locations. Screen candidates based on job requirements and assess their suitability. Shortlist eligible candidates and coordinate the next stages of recruitment. Follow up regularly with interested applicants to ensure timely responses. Maintain candidate details and update recruitment status. Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding interview schedules, selection updates, and joining formalities. Support candidates throughout the recruitment process and work towards achieving recruitment targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are also eligible. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Languages Required: Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use online recruitment platforms. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to meet recruitment targets.

Mandatory Requirements

Personal laptop or computer - compulsory. Android smartphone. Stable internet connection. A quiet and suitable work-from-home environment. Ability to make recruitment calls and complete follow-ups independently.

Salary and Incentives

Monthly Salary: 15,000 - 30,000. Additional performance-based incentives, subject to the applicable incentive policy. Salary and incentive eligibility will be as per the employer's terms and conditions.
