Job Summary -

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Executive - IT Recruitment to join our HR team at Cyril Roy Consultancy Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment and a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

The role will primarily focus on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting the hiring of suitable IT professionals while also assisting with general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions, from sourcing candidates to offer release and joining.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates based on experience, skills, communication, attitude, and role suitability.
• Coordinate technical and management interview rounds and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline, recruitment tracker, and applicant database.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future IT hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate and discuss salary expectations, notice periods, availability, and other relevant employment details with candidates.
• Prepare recruitment-related reports and track key hiring metrics such as sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, and joining conversions.
• Assist in preparing and issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and other recruitment-related documentation.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates and ensure all required documents are collected.
• Support employee engagement, HR operations, and other HR activities whenever required.
• Stay updated on current IT recruitment trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources Management or a Master's degree in HRM is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment terminology.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and result-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, HRMS, Excel/Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines and targets.
• Professional approach while handling confidential candidate and employee information.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in recruiting for roles such as Software Developers, QA/Testers, UI/UX Designers, Digital Marketing, IT Support, Data/Business Analysts, and other technical positions.
• Familiarity with ATS/recruitment management systems.
• Experience in working with recruitment targets and hiring metrics.
