The Catalyst in Nashik is seeking HR professionals (Jr Executive to Assistant Manager) to handle plant HR activities including attendance, payroll inputs, PF/ESIC/PT compliance, contract labour management, employee relations, engagement, recruitment and HR MIS. Reports to Sr Manager HR.

Candidates should have an MBA/PGDM (HR) with 1–5 years in manufacturing HR, Nashik-based; engineering background preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM (HR) degree required with 1–5 years in manufacturing HR.
• Experience in attendance, payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF/ESIC/PT).
• Nashik-based role; engineering background preferred.

Responsabilités
