Thrive India, based in India, is seeking an HR professional to manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment through exit. The role covers onboarding, training, performance management and separation processes, with focus on accurate records and compliance.

You will oversee attendance, leaves, joining formalities, payroll processing and statutory compliance. Collaboration with stakeholders to resolve grievances and maintain data integrity is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations from recruitment to exit, ensuring smooth onboarding, training, performance reviews and separations.
• Manage attendance, leaves, joining formalities and payroll processing.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC) and accurate payroll related activities.
• Conduct exit interviews to capture feedback and drive improvements in people strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date personnel records and data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address employee grievances and resolve conflicts.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle from recruitment to exit, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, performance management, appraisals, and separation processes.
  
• Oversee leave administration, attendance management, joining formalities, payroll processing, salary processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), and other HR operations.
  
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in the organization's people strategies.
  
• Ensure accurate employee data management by maintaining up-to-date records of personnel files.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve employee grievances and conflicts through effective communication.
