Tpc Hr Advisory Services is seeking a Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment for faculty positions including Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, Professors and Senior Professors.

You will screen resumes, discuss candidate fit, coordinate interviews with Deans, HODs, and academic leadership, and maintain a positive experience for candidates throughout the process.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, Professors and Senior Professors..
• Screen resumes and conduct initial discussions to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with Deans, HODs, academic leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline, candidate database, and hiring MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have consistently closed 20+ faculty hires per month
• Experience hiring Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, Professors and Senior Professors
• Strong faculty sourcing and screening capabilities
• Ability to manage high-volume, multiple faculty mandates
• Immediate joiners preferred
