Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for academic institutions, schools, or ed-tech companies. Your main focus will be sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality teaching, administrative, and leadership talent.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring cycle from requisition to onboarding for non-tech and academic roles.( Engineering, Post Graduation, Graduation and School systems education and non-teaching functional roles)
• Role Focus: Hire for positions including teachers, lecturers, academic coordinators, counselors, admin staff, HODs, professors and campus leadership.
• Sourcing: Use platforms like, Naukri LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks, and employee referrals to build active pipelines.
• Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate demo classes or panel interviews with academic heads.
• Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, roll out offers, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding and closure.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with principals, deans, and department heads to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.
• Data Tracking: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and applicant databases using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven recruitment experience, with mandatory background in Engineering, Post Graduation and School systems education and non-teaching functional roles hiring.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong Domain Knowledge: Understanding of academic profiles, Engineering, Post Graduation and School systems education and non-teaching functional roles.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation capabilities, and a patient, engaging interpersonal style.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with MS Office and standard ATS/job portals.
• On duty: sometimes candidate need to travel to corporate office and other network institutions for conducting Drives and F2F IVs coordination with Mgmt. and Staff.
