Onedios Services in Hyderabad is seeking an HR Executive/HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, including Technicians and Field Staff. You will source candidates through portals, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers and onboarding.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, maintain recruitment MIS, and ensure timely closures while supporting pan-India hiring requirements. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience hiring Technicians, Helpers, Operators, Field Service Engineers.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals (Naukri, WorkIndia, apna , etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions including Technicians, Helpers, Operators, Field Service Staff, Installation Engineers, Warehouse Associates, and Support Staff.
• Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, referrals, and local recruitment drives.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure documentation, background verification, and onboarding compliance.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with consultants and recruitment vendors to meet hiring targets.
• Support bulk hiring and pan-India recruitment as per business requirements.
