Job summary

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Schedule telephonic, virtual and in-person interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Negotiate salaries and manage offers and joining follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Assist onboarding and complete recruitment documentation.
• Achieve targets while maintaining quality hiring standards.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Handle technical hiring for Hardware & Networking, IT Infrastructure, CCTV, Surveillance, Electronics, and Engineering profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
• Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and recruitment databases.
• Negotiate salaries with shortlisted candidates and manage offer acceptance and joining follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding activities and complete recruitment documentation.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 35 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Proven experience in technical recruitment, particularly in Hardware & Networking, IT Infrastructure, CCTV, Electronics, and Engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
