Job summary

Top N Town in India is seeking an HR Generalist & Payroll professional with 2-5 years of experience to manage end-to-end payroll, onboarding, and core HR operations in a FMCG/manufacturing environment.

The role covers statutory compliance, PF/ESIC, HRMS, and Excel-based reporting; you will collaborate with Finance for salary processing and ensure timely HR documentation.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Generalist & Payroll.
• Hands-on knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, PF/ESIC and HRMS.
• Strong Excel and communication skills; FMCG/Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance, leave, deductions, incentives and F&F.
• Manage PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and statutory compliances.
• Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers and exits.
• Maintain HR MIS, attendance and payroll reports.
• Resolve employee queries and support employee engagement & HR policies.
• Coordinate with Finance for salary processing and statutory payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR documentation.
