Job summary

Excell Autovista in Pune, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced payroll professional to manage monthly payroll, attendance, leaves, overtime, and salary data.

You will calculate basic and gross salaries, handle deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS), process revisions and bonuses, and coordinate with Accounts and HR to ensure accurate payroll statements and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly payroll process for employees.
• Prepare and verify attendance, leave, overtime, and salary data.
• Calculate basic salary, gross salary, deductions, and net salary.
• Handle statutory deductions such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and TDS.
• Process employee salary revisions, incentives, bonuses, and other payroll-related payments.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and salary-related documents.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and HR teams for salary processing.
• Prepare payroll reports and salary statements.
