Job summary

JobItUs in Kalyan, Mumbai is seeking an experienced HR Executive to independently manage end-to-end HR operations. The candidate will oversee recruitment, employee records, attendance, and policy implementation while coordinating with factory staff and stakeholders.

You should have 3+ years of HR experience, strong communication, and a compliance mindset to ensure statutory requirements are met and HR processes run smoothly.

• 3+ years of HR experience in end-to-end HR operations.
